We provide adult education to individuals within the community.  Adult education focuses on GED preparation, credit recovery for high school completion, adult basic skills for those functioning below a ninth grade level, basic computer literacy or English for Speakers of Other Languages.  The mission of Arches Education Center is to empower individuals to become self-sufficient, with the skills necessary for future employment and personal successes.

The mission of Canyonlands Community Recycling (CCR) is to enhance sustainability by empowering the Moab community to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Club Red’s mission is to encourage and empower Grand County teens to co-create community and culture through recreation, art, service, and leadership.  Club Red is a great after school drop-in facility providing a safe, supervised place for teens.  It also coordinates teen-focused events with other local nonprofits and businesses as well as providing prevention based programming to teens in order to grow and create a healthy Moab community with healthy Moab teens.

Moab Charter School (MCS) is a free, public K-6 charter school under the direction of the Utah State Office of Education. It is one of approximately 80 public charter schools in the state of Utah. MCS is dedicated to providing individualized education through small differentiated classes. The Utah Core Curricula guides our curriculum development, and our instructional methodologies are founded on scientifically researched methods, which address a diversity of learning styles. The Moab Free Clinic (MFHC) is a nonprofit organization established to ensure that all members of the Moab community are able to access healthcare regardless of race, religion, age, gender or healthcare coverage. In addition to immediate care, the MFHC provides ongoing treatment for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. The Clinic operates with all-volunteer medical personnel.

Seekhaven is a nonprofit addressing domestic violence and sexual assault issues within Grand and San Juan Counties. Seekhaven offers shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, a 24-hour crisis line, and rape crisis advocacy. Seekhaven makes school and community presentations on a variety of subjects. The drop-in resource center (81 North 300 East) is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Shelter and resources available 24/7.

The Youth Garden is a nonprofit that provides experiential education programs to Grand County youth and to the greater community through organic gardening and community service projects. The Youth Garden Project has been operating since 1996 and has served over 12,000 youth and adult community members.
