WabiSabi Thrift Stores

The WabiSabi thrift stores, located in downtown Moab, serve as something of a community center and are the beating heart of the organization. Store hours are listed on the home page.

Each store has its own personality. The Thriftique on 400 East is a gem of a store with a variety of unique and sought-after items. This store features the best in used quality clothing, collectibles, sportswear, books and camping equipment. The Warehouse, located on Bowling Alley Lane, is a great place to wander and rummage in the best tradition of old-fashioned thrift stores.

WabiSabi also has an eBay presence. You might call it “World Wide Wabi.” This is our global storefront, allowing people who may never set foot in our stores to engage in the WabiSabi experience. Why Thrift Stores?

As people consume more, they need a place to discard old or unwanted items. Their choices are to throw it away, give it away, sell it or store it. WabiSabi’s presence provides a positive answer to the conundrum of what to do with too much stuff. By donating unwanted items to WabiSabi, individuals are both recycling and supporting community nonprofits. It is a win-win situation.

Each day we receive an average of one ton of donations that must be sorted and priced. In addition to selling these items locally, WabiSabi also donates materials to our non-profit partners as well as individuals and communities in need. Recycled Building Materials

The Recycled Building Materials section is now located in the Warehouse Store. You can find the used items you might need for your next remodeling project, including doors, windows, light fixtures, sinks, countertops, roof shingles, cabinets, and more.

WabiSabi would like to see the reuse of 100% of our donations through resale, re-donating or recycling. However, there are some items that we cannot accept at this time. These items include: large appliances (refrigerators, stoves, ovens, washers, dryers, etc.), oil, tires, and exercise machines.
