I was born in Moab and graduated from GCHS in 2014. After attending college at SUU in Cedar City, I eventually moved to West Chester, PA where I lived for 5 years and graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Sociology and 3 minors. While at University I gained an appreciation for sustainability and recycling. After I returned to Moab in 2021, I was able to apply this appreciation and knowledge to the Wabi Sabi Thriftstore where I worked as Operations Manager for 3 years. I quickly took a liking to managing, non-profits, and the Wabi mission. I currently work as an Educational Support Staff (Paraeducator) and Assistant Track Coach at the Grand County High School as well as being on the Arts Festival Committee.
As a Wabi board member, I hope to offer transparency and open dialogue between the Moab community and the Wabi board as well as a "Can we do it? Yes we can!" attitude.
